She is passionate about building scalable solutions that meet real needs\, and is currently working on expanding her knowledge in service design. \n  \nAmy Mills is an award-winning Global Design Leader specializing in Creative Direction\, Art Direction\, and Design Operations. With expertise in leading UI/UX teams\, hands-on UI Design\, Branding\, and eCommerce Design across industries including healthcare\, technology\, retail\, and fashion. \n  \nSimon Shamoun is a human factors and user researcher consultant\, an adjunct lecturer at the University of Minnesota\, and a former engineer at NASA.
