We makers must settle for nothing less than brilliance with our digital experiences. Okay. So how do we make great digital products in this competitive, crowded, unoriginal, loud market? You need soul. Soul is that impeccable product identity, that unwavering commitment to the user, and a great team to get it done. Whoever you are--titan brand, lone tinkerer, civic leader, student, startup-- Maya challenges you to protect the very soul of your product and have fun along the way.

During this presentation, Maya will share several case studies from several chapters along the way to illustrate how the element of soul was incorporated to enhance the user experience.
