Join us on Thursday, August 9th, to hear Tarik Bojic from Microsoft discuss the philosophy and conceptualization of Microsoft’s Windows 8 user interface (UI) and showcase some of the new user experiences.

The Windows 8 UI will be used by all Microsoft’s new products including the phone, Xbox, and PC. It is unique in the regard that it scales from a 3 inch phone screen to 60 inch HDTV. The Windows 8 UI is positioned to be a turning point in traditional user interfaces and interaction and will support a future of more natural input and natural user interfaces (NUI).

In addition to providing an overall understanding of the Windows 8 UI, this event will provide a look into how the UI has influenced the overall experience and possibilities of Windows 8.

This event will be an interactive, informative discussion.
