Join us on January 14 as Tim Leisio and James Schmittler from Thomson Reuters present on simplifying UX strategy.

Have you ever worked a project where the size of scope and size of support are imbalanced? Many projects end up this way and many don’t know how to overcome the obstacles created by this situation.

We’ll take a look at what happens when scope gets out of control, the benefits of keeping a manageable scope, and we as designers can employ strategy and simplification to get a project back on track. Finally, we’ll discuss a case study displaying the use of these methods on a continuing project, set to release in December 2015.

Schedule:

6:30 PM to 7 PM: Networking

7 PM to 8 PM: Presentation

8 PM to 8:30 PM: Questions
