Who We Are
UXPA Minnesota is a chapter of UXPA International, which offers its own, separate membership and “supports people who research, design, and evaluate the user experience (UX) of products and services.” Read more about UXPA International at their site.
We are a professional group from mixed backgrounds who recognize the need for the voice of the end user of any experience. Some of us have formal education in human factors or technology, while others came into UX from a completely different field. All levels of experience and interest are welcome!
Our board is comprised of volunteer members who serve one to three year terms for various positions, generating ideas and making decisions on chapter matters during monthly meetings and whenever needed.
Our Mission
The User Experience Professionals Association of Minnesota (UXPA-MN) is a community of user-centered advocates. We bring new concepts, techniques, and perspectives to our members and other UX practitioners through events, education, and professional networking.
2024 Board
We are a volunteer group of local UX professionals committed to seeing the UX community grow and thrive in the Twin Cities. Board positions are a one to two year term, with opportunities to apply every year.
