Join us for our first 2013 event as we listen to Grant Novey and Josh Carroll from CaringBridge discuss how they incorporated user experience design and research into their company's agile development process.

Agile development emphasizes team work, collaboration and face to face problem solving over rigid roles and written documents. Its iterative and incremental process challenges UX teams to make sure their designs are ready and tested before each development iteration starts.

Grant and Josh will show us how UX and Agile can work in harmony by walking through a recent use case, the creation of CaringBridge 5.0. Grant and Josh will go over the project goals and how UX was able to contribute. They'll discuss how specific activities were conducted, what worked well, and areas for improvement.
