Designing the user experience of a mobile app or website is one thing. Designing user experiences for one of the nation's top retailers is another thing entirely. When designing experiences at this scale, there are a number of challenges. First, there is the sheer number of people that they serve. The bestbuy.com website alone gets over 4 million visits per day! Then, there is the number of experiences that need to be designed, from the website and mobile apps that consumers use to the back-end tools that Blue Shirts and Geek Squad agents rely on.

Learn about how Best Buy is dealing with these challenges at our March event! You'll hear all the details from a panel of UX practitioners from across the Best Buy organization, moderated by VP of Customer Experience, Stacey Langer. We'll discuss challenges such as:

  • Keeping design consistent across multiple teams
  • Integrating research into a fast-paced, agile development process
  • Communicating effectively with developers, from co-located to offshore
  • Growing the team in a tight talent market
  • Ensuring that user needs feed into business strategy

Join us in March for a panel discussion at Best Buy!
